"..I had to send you a Thank you for the first phase! Jeff and Corey were outstanding to work with! Very professional and always tried to work out any problem that came up! I don't think there would of been a better D/W company in town, to pull this off! The manpower and the quality was great for the time frame!"
As Common Links completes their work for the HUB project, I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for all the effort and dedication you have put in to this project. From the beginning budgets, through design changes and challenges, and on to where we are today, Common Links has been a highly reliable and valuable resource for us. The efforts to find value added design alternatives during pre-construction were critical in helping us make this project a reality for the Owner. I have enjoyed this creative collaboration. We hope to continue this positive, productive relationship on the next project.
".. I wanted to take a few minutes to formally drop you a note. Aurora went live in the facility this Monday, January 13th. They are very pleased with their new facility. As we all know, it was a fast-paced schedule that would not have been successful without the collaborative nature of the trade partners that Mortenson teamed up with on the project. We recently had a project debrief meeting with some of the office leadership, during which trade partner relationships were discussed. In that time, the team agreed that Common Links, specifically, stood out as one went above and beyond to ensure the project was a success. And with that I just wanted to reach out to again express my appreciation of your partnership and for a job well done.We look forward to working with you again soon."
Working with Common Links on the Aurora Health Center project in Kenosha, WI was a true partnership. From their project management team to their field teams each person spent most of their effort working towards solutions, looking and planning ahead, and getting in front of issues. Especially noticeable was the field foreman assigned to our project. He conducted himself as a true extension of our Boldt field leadership team throughout the entire project, and through collaboration with the other trades, made a challenging project extremely successful for all involved. Thanks for the opportunity to share some of my thoughts on your site. You guys really did a great job and were great to work with. Hopefully we can have another chance in the future.
Too many times you guys never get to hear the good news because people generally only communicate when something is wrong so I just wanted to take a moment now that the jobs here for Mequon Schools is coming to a close to tell you that I really appreciated all the work that Andy Pernitzke did for me and my team over the past year and especially this last summer. As we all know, this job was quite a bit different than the usual job with all the Bid Packs and add on work. Andy was very organized and has a great work ethic. I heard several comments from the owner and all of the school team members and they always had great things to say about Andy. I appreciate all of the hard work that he did here and he always made the schedule. I'll admit that there were times over the summer push that I thought that he needed more manpower but he proved me wrong. Way to go! As a carpenter by trade, I've always said that a painter will make us look good or bad depending on your quality. He did a great job here both doing the work and pushing his help in the right direction. Anyways, we are almost done and I just wanted to say thanks and only ask that this is shared with Andy so he can know that I appreciated him here. I look forward to jobs in the future with Common Links Painting and with Andy.

To Whom it May Concern,
I just wanted to take a moment to send an email concerning the work that you guys performed for me at the Mequon Schools this last year and during the summer. You guys had Joe Garcia as your main stud and drywall foreman and I wanted to say that it was a great experiance for myself and my team. Joe was always professional in his attitude and his work performance. He kept our schedule and he was one of my biggest assets in helping push all of the subs that follow after the studs are up. In all of my past experiances, if I can get the drywall company on board to do this, it always helps me out and I just wanted to say thank you once again to Joe. This was definitely a different type of job with all the location changes and Bid Packs but Joe did an excellent job in keeping everything straight. Not alot of subs were able to do this but Joe is very organized and he did a great job. Thank you and I look forward to working with Common Links and Joe again in the future.
