What I love about Common Links Construction is there is no timeline for when you can receive a new job title, it is all on YOU the employee. If you work hard and prove yourself, it doesn't matter if you have been a PM for 1 year or 10 years, you can become a Senior PM just by proving yourself. My employment here has been incredible.
